Nigeria's President Muhammadu Buhari has congratulated Biodun Oyebanji over his victory as Ekiti State governor under the platform of All Progressive Congress APC at the just concluded governorship election in the state.
In a message posted on his Twitter handle, president Buhari urged all members of APC in the country and diaspora to see this victory as a symbol of success to the party comes 2023 general elections.
President Buhari had applauded Biodun Oyebanji on this victory, adding that he deserved to be governor considering the immense contribution to the development of Ekiti state and APC even before he contest for governorship position.
It was on Saturday that Ekiti State conducted the election where Biodun Oyebanji won with 187,057 votes.
