President Muhammadu Buhari will attend the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in Rwanda from 20th to 26th June.
A statement from the presidency today Wednesday said the president would officially attend the opening ceremony on Friday.
The conference, dubbed CHOGM 2022, will discuss the living conditions and development of a group of more than 2 billion people living in 54 countries Africa, Asia, the United States, Europe and the Facific.
Buhari will be accompanied by eight senior Nigerian government ministers and officials to Rwanda.
The president is expected to return to Nigeria on Sunday 26th June.
