The North East Zonal Secretary of the New Nigeria Peoples Party NNPP Alhaji Babayo Liman, has suspended the State acting Chairman of the Party Alhaji Sani Shehu Sanin Mallam indefinitely.
The Zonal Secretary ordered the acting Chairman to proceed on an indefinite suspension when he addressed a press conference today at the Secretariat of Nigeria Union of Journalist NUJ Bauchi, over what he alleged lack of commitment to the ideals of the party, gross misconduct, and showing dis respect to National officer of the Party.
Liman who was accompanied with some members of the party said that the Zonal office of the party after reviewing the allegations against the state acting Chairman, they issued him a query which he refused to collect it, they have no option but to suspend him from office in oder to move the party forward.
Reacting to his purported suspension the embattled Chairman Sani Shehu said he is not aware about it, they didn't inform him, and it has nothing to do with him.
