Comrade Mukhtar Gidado the current Special Adviser to the Bauchi State governor on Media and publicity is a young Nigerian Man who is full of vigor and strength of turning dreams to reality, who have a brain, and think Big who had turbulent grow of humble beginning, but his astute spirit of fighting for the just cause is now celebrated Man in the world of Journalisim.
Gidado made his own name in the cycle of Journalism profession, with national and international proven records, through turbulent of humble background, through dint of hard work he became the Deputy National President of the Nigerian Union of Journalists (NUJ) and a director in the public service, earned a bigger name more than his contemporaries in handling the Union issues in the eyes of international communities with great reputes and high sense of integrity.
The prophecy at that time is today a wonder to everyone that knows Mr Gidado who has a unique way of touching lives, having his unique style and way of a positive unprecedented political speed, he is now a Vanguard of democratic in Bauchi State and the entire country, to once again help rewrite the history of Nigeria for generations yet unborn.
The birth of Mukhtar Gidado is a dream conceived, it was a given birth to be a liberator of many young citizens whose destinies were chained, mender of battered and shattered hopes of many Nigerians, a pillar for support to many people of Alkaleri and Bauchi as whole.
Suffice to say that Comrade Mukhtar Gidado is currently with a dream for greater Bauchi, by supporting and voting His Excellency Gov Bala Abdulqadir Mohammed (Kauran Bauchi), where old and Young will be comfortable and proud to be indigenes of the state, in his dream is seeing and symbolising Bauchi State as a glorious Horse whose pride, Strength "Tourism" will be unassuming if it is never left in the hands of selfish citizens. His feets certainly are strengths for bigger challenge, so far it is considerably that Sen Bala Mohd will again give Bauchi a good name even with responsibility bigger than his name.
Certainly to say that, Governor Bala Abdulqadir Mohammed to continued as governor 2023, the future of Bauchi State is indeed pregnant with good Omen, smells of better leadership which will bring results to own a greater Bauchi, is secured as against the backdrop of many corrupt leaders the state had, subjecting the state into a stage of mockery and level of retrogressive cycle of Economy degradation growth.
Mr Gidado as an expert in journalism and guru in Media and communication he has a dream of revamping the entire State media publicity sector as currently and gradually onboard, with experts and equipment that will turn around the entire systems for the benefit of the state.
Mukhtar Gidado is presumed to have a dynamic life style who has emerged in the changing times of Bauchi state, whose vibrancy and keen love of humanity had touched the heart of the heart of many citizens, while his traditional tittle of "Jarman". The tittle "Jarma" implies Man of the people, lover of people, servant of the people, a voice to the voiceless and a Man who is loved by his people.
For the record and now, Suffices to say that Comrade Mukhtar Gidado (Jarman Alkaleri) standard of measuring, he has in abundance good nature, good health, amazing grace, respect, honour, competence, wisdom, peace including good friends, associates, political allies and Well wishers that would go to war with him on the cause of promoting, supporting and actualizing the second tenure of Gov Bala Abdulqadir Mohammed 2023 without a request and without hesitation to help in taking the state to the promised Land.
A good leader is not made overnight while charity begins at home. Jarman Alkaleri is a product of good marriage, family life and dependable allies. Professional journalist, media guru, a political generalissimo and ever sincere, ever loving and ever hard working Man. Political historians would have some stories to tell in the nearest future that Comrade Mukhtar Gidado has emensely contributed to the progress and success the administration's of Gov Bala Mohammed in the field of Media and Publicity.
At this juncture permit me to say Leadership in simple terms is consider an act of leading, an act of influencing followers with high sense of passion were the led are reposing confidence, trusting and relying on the leaders to have the abilities to positively turn things around for the good of those being led. Confidence and trust are earned, it can't be bought by the gimmicks or gimginious self imposed will and acclaimed goodness of any sheer weather Leader. Comr Gidado earns it all:
