Political Group Unveils Movement for Gov. Bala's Re-election in Bauchi

A political support group in Bauchi State, Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed (BAM) Movement on Tuesday declared total commitment towards mobilizing votes and support to the incumbent governor, Bala Mohammed for continuity in governance. 

Chairman of the movement, Khalid Barau Ningi at the launching of the movement in Bauchi, said will mobilize its across the 20 local government areas of the state for the governor to emerged victorious in the outcome of the 2023 governorship election. 

Khalid Barau, who is the Senior Special Assistant to the governor on empowerment, stated that the group was initiated to work out modalities of supporting the reelection bid of Governor Bala Mohammed for continuity in the delivery of devidends of democracy by consolidating on the achievements recorded so far. 

"This movement was set up to work for the success of the reelection bid of His Excellency, Governor Bala Mohammed looking at the achievements and we are hoping that the second term of our Governor will be more useful to the people of the state because of his commitment to the developmnt and progress of the state. This campaign vehicles that we are donating here today is part of our responsibility to support the campaign of the governor."

He used the medium to appreciate people of the state for their outstanding support to the PDP led administration in the state and enjoined them to maintain the tempo especially by supporting his reelection bid for victory. 

Also speaking, the Special Adviser to the governor on political matters, Abubakar Faggo commended the group for the foresight to come up with the initiative, and promised to support and work with them for PDP's victory in 2023 general elections. 

In a message, the Bauchi state PDP Chairman, Hamza Koshe Akuyam, represented by the State Youth Leader, Murtala Abubakar said the party was satisfied with the commitment of the group towards the promoting the activities of the PDP led administration and urged them to work round the clock to mobilize support and votes for the party.
