Campaign Tour: My Success is Your Success - Gov. Bala Tells Supporters

Nasir Shuaibu, BAUCHI

In continuation of his campaign tour, Governor Bala Mohammed of Bauchi State has said that his success is the determinant factor of his supporter's successes in the State.

Mohammed told his thousands of supporters who gathered to receive him at Itas Gadau, Jama'are and Shira local government area councils, noting that only voting him back to power will guarantee their political success.

The governor said, "I appealed to all of you to vote for Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), myself as a governor and Alh Atiku Abubakar as our President in the forthcoming general elections in the State."

According to the governor, "Only by voting for the PDP, my humble self and Atiku will guarantee your political success in the state and your county at large and for you to continue enjoying the dividend of democracy."

"Our common people are tired of lies and fake promises, the All Progressive Congress (APC) has ruled the country for almost eight years now, did you witness any development when compared with our time, when Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) was ruling? How much are you buying 1 litre of petrol or diesel and how much is a bag of rice or fertilizer today," he asked.

"All of us here are looking like we're suffering from a sickness, do you know the reason? It is because of the APC's bad leadership in the country which is affecting all of us today."

The former minister informs supporters that if elected back to the office, he promises to bring more developmental projects that have direct bearings on the lives of the people, especially the common man in the three local governments .

He urges a number of his supporters to go and collect their PVC and ensure that they vote for PDP from top to bottom.

Highlights of the event were the receiving thousands of APC decampees to PDP as well as the presentation of flags to the three local government candidates by the state party chairman, Hamza Koshe Akuyam.
