Bauchi state governor Bala Mohammed said his administration has upgraded the living standard of citizens of Bauchi despite the economic challenges bedevilling not only Bauchi stated but the country.
Bala Mohammed who said this in Shira local government during his campaign tour in the area said he has plans for more developmental projects if re-elected.
Mohammed was speaking in the presence of members, stakeholders and thousands of followers recounted the successes his administration has recorded within the first tenure of his administration.
Bala said among is construction and renovation of over four thousand classroom blocks, rehabilitation of hundred of facilities, as well as renovation of palaces among others.
While commending stakeholders and traditional rulers for the support, sportsmanship and collaboration, Mohammed said the People's Democratic Party (PDP) will continue to provide citizens of Bauchi state and Nigerians with the exceptional and exemplary leadership they desire in addition to introducing policies and programmes that will groom the upcoming generations.
Governor Bala pledged to continue to partner with relevant stakeholders in education, health and agriculture to ensure citizens especially rural areas relish from the dividends of democracy.
He used the medium to call on Nigerians to trust PDP with the leadership affairs, saying it will strengthen the unity, peace and progress of Africa's most populous state.
Mohammed paid homage to palaces of district heads to seek for their blessings on behalf of Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and all candidates under the platform of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) and was warmly welcomed.
