The National Association of Nigeria Students NANS Zone E (North East) Coordinator Activists Alhassan Adam has commended the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the North East Development Commission (NEDC) Mohammed G. Alkali over what he described as a giant strides towards providing adequate welfare for the Nigerian students.
The coordinator stated this while interacting with the press, saying that Nigerian students, especially from the North Eastern region have benefited so much from various interventions rendered to various institutions of higher learning in the country.
Alhassan says, "The MD/CEO of North East Development Commission Mohammed Alkali is indeed an Examplary leader, an icon of hope to North East students, youths and less privileges."
"We really appreciate his kind gesture to Nigerian students under the leadership of NANS Zone E. He gave parliatives of food items such as rice, books, spaghetti, macaroni and vegetables oil," Alhassan added.
He also said, "At this material time, the gesture will really help Nigeria students, he has made a history in the Zone, we really thank him and the management of the Commission."
"NANS will partner with the Commission for the success, development and progress of our zone, the North East."
NANS Coordinator said, "Mohammed Alkali is indeed a father and mentor. The North East Development Commission remains a hope to the Students and youth of North East."
Also adding his voice to appreciate the Commission on behalf of North East NANS Stakeholders Forum, Prince Mohammed Sani Hassan says, "The MD/CEO has kept a record in the mind of Nigerian students."
"We are very much greatful, we will remain the Ambassadors of the Commission every where we find ourselves around the world," he added.
