Bauchi APC Expells Party Chairman for Anti-Party

The All Progressive Congress (APC) in Bauchi State has expelled the party Chairman Alhaji Babayo Aliyu Misau for alleged anti-party activities. 

Announcing the decision at a press conference in Bauchi, the APC Secretary in Kukadi-Gundari Ward of Misau Local Government Council Mallam Aliyu Hassan said the dismissal followed a unanimous decision by the party Executive of the ward. 

Aliyu said their action which is in line with the party's constitutional provisions took effect on 31st March.

According to Mallam Aliyu Hussan the dismissed chairman Alhaji Babayo Misau who hold the membership card of APC in Kukadi Gundari ward of Misau LGA has not  fully participated in the 18th February governorship and state house of assemblies election.

Responding, Alhaji Babayo Aliyu Misau said the dismissal from the party leadership has not followed the due process and as such, he remains the Party Chairman.
