Sa'adu Zungur University Mourns Emir of Ningi, Condoles with Bauchi State

The management, staff, and students of Sa'adu Zungur University, under the leadership of Professor Fatimah Tahir, are deeply saddened by the passing of the Emir of Ningi, Alhaji Dr. Yunusa Danyaya.

In a press statement signed by the University's Public Relations Officer Auwal Hassan, said the university community mourns the loss of a revered traditional ruler, who was a symbol of wisdom, leadership, and cultural heritage. 

The statement added that Vice Chancellor of the University Professor Fatimah Tahir said his demise is a great loss not only to the Ningi Emirate but also to the academic community.

Professor Fatimah Tahir, expressed her condolences, saying, "We are deeply shocked and saddened by the passing of Emir Yunusa Danyaya. He was a great leader and a champion of education. His legacy will continue to inspire us."

"We extend our heartfelt condolences to the Ningi Emirate, the family of the late Emir, and the people of Bauchi State," the Vice Chancellor added.
