Chief Ezenwafor Jude Emerges PDP’s Gubernatorial Aspirant for Anambra State Election

Amidst growing concerns that the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Anambra State might fail to field a candidate for the forthcoming governorship election, Chief Ezenwafor Jude, a prominent figure in Anambra politics, has stepped forward to take the reins and lead the party to victory.

In recent weeks, news had circulated that no aspirant had expressed interest in contesting for the governorship position under the PDP, a situation that raised eyebrows and fueled speculation about the party's readiness for the election. 

However, Chief Jude, known for his political acumen and wide-reaching influence across Anambra and the southeastern region, has answered the call for leadership. His decision to contest is seen as a significant move to galvanize the PDP and restore its momentum as the election approaches.

Despite ongoing internal disputes within the party under the leadership of the Damagun-led National Working Committee (NWC), Chief Ezenwafor Jude's entry into the race offers hope for PDP supporters in Anambra.
