Alhaji Garba Mohammed Noma, former Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Bauchi State, has expressed confidence that the party will remain in power in 2027.
Speaking to journalists, Noma assured that he is ready to support any gubernatorial candidate produced by the PDP in 2027, emphasizing that the party will take over power from the APC-led government, which he claimed has under-performed.
Noma stated that the people of Bauchi still rely on the PDP to reposition the state for the better. He clarified his recent comment on the next Bauchi Governor, saying that he will support any candidate from any local government who emerges as the PDP's gubernatorial candidate in 2027.
The former chairman expressed optimism that a suitable candidate will emerge peacefully, ensuring the party's success in 2027. He called for unity, peace, and collaboration among party members and candidates, assuring that the PDP will retain power in 2027 for the good of the state.
