Governor Bala Mohammed of Bauchi State hosted members of the State Executive Council, the Judiciary, and the Legislature to a special Iftar event on the first day of Ramadan 2025.
The event, which took place at the New Banquet Hall of the Government House, brought together the three arms of government in a show of unity and cooperation.
In his address during the occasion, Governor Bala Mohammed expressed his satisfaction with the ongoing collaboration between the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches of government in the state.
He acknowledged their collective efforts in advancing the development of Bauchi State and emphasized the importance of mutual respect and partnership in fostering rapid socioeconomic growth.
"I am extremely happy with the collaborative efforts between the three arms of government in executing developmental projects across the state," Governor Bala Mohammed said.
"This cooperation has been central to the success of my administration in transforming critical sectors of our economy, especially in infrastructure development."
The Governor highlighted that the achievements of his administration would not have been possible without the unwavering support of members of the three arms of government. He urged them to continue supporting his administration as it works toward further advancing Bauchi State's growth and prosperity.
The Speaker of the Bauchi State House of Assembly, Abubakar Y. Sulaiman, the Secretary to the Bauchi State Government, Aminu Hammayo, and the representative of the State Chief Judge all took turns to express their gratitude to Governor Bala Mohammed for his leadership and support. They reaffirmed their commitment to working together for the continued development of the state.
The event was a reflection of the unity and shared vision among the key players in the state’s governance, underscoring the importance of collaboration in achieving sustainable development for the people of Bauchi State.
