As the women around the glo mark International Women's Day, the DISC 2.0 Project funded by the Children Investment Fund Foundation and being implemented by the Society for Family Health praises the incredible contributions of women in Bauchi State, and at same time encouraging them to take charge of their reproductive future and healthy lifestyle.
The theme for this year, "Accelerate Action," calls for bold steps towards faster progress and lasting change for women everywhere. In Bauchi, a critical area of focus is women's health and access to reproductive healthcare.

"It offers convenience, privacy, and autonomy in managing their reproductive health. We're committed to accelerating access to innovations like DMPA-SC to empower women and improve their health."
According to Isaac, as part of the celebrations, the DISC Project renewed its commitment to ensuring that women in Bauchi have the right to make choices about their health, reproductive health, and futures.
